The two part controller features an in cabin display unit and the hidden control unit. The user-friendly display is essentially the face of the system. While on the move, or stationary, the driver sets one of three pre-set tyre pressures with the push of a button, or dials in a non-set pressure with the twist of a rotary dial. The control unit monitors, maintains and adjusts pressures, while the display unit shares real time tyre pressures with the driver and alerts them to incidents such as tyre punctures. The optional speed sensor reminds drivers to change the set tyre pressure if it’s too low for the current speed. Optionally the system can automatically increase the pressure if the alert is ignored.

Pressure Distribution Safety Valve (PDSV)
How it works
The mechanical heart of the system. The PDSV receives instructions from the control unit when to inflate or deflate the connected tyres. When inflating air travels from the vehicle’s compressor through a pressure protection valve to the PDSV and on to the tyres. When deflating air exits the tyres via the PDSV.
The PDSV serves to control and balance the air pressure across all connected wheels, providing a safely managed distribution of tyre pressure and mitigating further tyre damage in the event of a tyre failure or damaged airline by instantly isolating the wheel set. Without a safety mechanism like Aussie CTI’s purpose designed PDSV to manage the distribution of air, central tyre inflation can increase the risk of dangerous tip overs when vehicles are operating on a perpendicular incline.
Features
- All 6061 aluminum body, that's "Hardcoat" Anodized for corrosion and wear resistances.
- Robust construction for long life with repairability in mind
- Durable SMC VXE solenoids
- Provides safely managed distribution of air pressure to the connected wheel-ends
- Automatically protects unaffected wheels if a wheel-end is damaged or destroyed.
- DOT approved air brake NTA fittings
- Simple installation with pre-made wiring harnesses & stainless steel mounting hardware
Tyre hoses and End Caps
How it works
Air travels to and from the PDSV to the tyres. The exposed hose is the most vulnerable part of any CTI system. At Aussie we mitigate this with drop hoses made from durable industry standard 1/2” brake airline for ease of replacement and sourcing. Additionally, to reduce this area of vulnerability and for a clean looking installation, air hose is run through mudguard support poles to our replacement endcaps.
Features
- All 6061 aluminum body, that's "Hardcoat" Anodized for corrosion and wear resistances.
- Clean aesthetic with mess free installation.
- End caps fit mudguard support poles.
- Durable industry standard 1/2" brake airline, for ease of replacement and sourcing
The Rotator Assembly
How it works
The rotator assembly connects to the tyre and allows the tyre to be inflated and deflated while in motion. Rotators are easily installed using the original axle studs for reliability and fit-up ease. They also include reliable nut and tail connectors on tyre hoses to make tyre changes simple and easy.
Features
- All 6061 aluminum body, that's "Hardcoat" Anodized for corrosion and wear resistance.
- Robust construction and triple-sealed for long life.
- Durable Australian-made long-life main seal.
- US-made carbide seats.
- Double stacked Nachi bearing for increased stability.
- Dual lip oil seal for improved protection from contamination.
- Installed on original axle studs.
- Nut and tail connection to hoses to make tyre changes quick and easy.
- Repairability & maintenance in mind for long service life and ease of repair.
- Simple installation with high grade stainless steel mounting hardware.
- Compatible with existing CTI systems.
